Nautiyal’s Empire began with a small team and one rented workshop. The problem we set out to solve was not aesthetic. It was that clients were being handed flats with beautiful renders and unfinished carpentry.
Our response was to stop subcontracting the part that matters most. We built our own production facility so that the joinery, which is where most interior projects quietly fail, is made by people we employ, to drawings we issued, on a schedule we control.
Twelve years later the studio has delivered more than four hundred and eighty homes across Goa. The team has grown to thirty-one, including designers, project managers, a production crew and a service desk that handles warranty calls long after handover.
We are deliberately not the cheapest. We are, as consistently as we can manage, the ones who finish.

Four principles that decide what we specify, and what we talk clients out of.
Layout, circulation and storage get resolved before a single finish is chosen. A beautiful material cannot rescue a bad plan.
Every surface and fitting is chosen for how it will look after a decade of use, not how it photographs on handover day.
We use a narrow material palette per home. Rooms that try three ideas at once end up reading as none of them.
If a budget will not carry a scope, we say so at quotation. Discovering it mid-project is far more expensive for everyone.
